I am trying to sort through a puzzle that involves people, discussions, bad decisions, anger and frustration, biology, and accountability.
I am trying to figure out who said what, to who, when, and how a decision was reached, and why that decision was reached without the right discussions having taken place. Because until I can figure out how something got to where it did, I can’t figure out how to help avoid another repeat of history in the future.
