Canada Post is on strike…week three. Cards are not going to get wherever one wants them to get, and parcels need an alternative shipping method. Amazon is doing well, utilizing couriers is filling the gap but also costing more to businesses. Those shopping, that haven’t opted for Amazon, are visiting the stores. The mall was a bit bonkers this weekend and one brave enough to visit Costco on the first Sunday of the month was smart to arrive early.
The countdown is on and, for those of us with limited family and limited people to send things to at this crazy-postal-time-of-the-year….well, we watch the chaos.
