I have a fabulously light and waterproof backpack, but I dropped the lid of a wooden chest dowon on it a few weeks ago and crushed one of the closure buckles, rendering it useless. It is not an inexpensive bag and, on a whim, I sent a photo of what I’d done and asked if there was a way for me to purchase a new buckle so that I could get it repaired somewhere here in Vancouver.
A few weeks later….at no cost, this arrives from Sweden.
I love small companies who love their own product, as well as the people who purchase from them.
