The greatest teacher failure is – Day 295

by The Philosophical Fish

I know it’s actually Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) and not real Yoda (you know, “real” as in the real fictitious little green wizard), but he’s cute. And even though this is not Yoda, I am going to offer a Yoda quote to go with Not-Yoda’.

I find it interesting how fearful we are to fail at things. Failure isn’t an end, it’s the start of improving something. In so many instances, waiting until things are perfect before letting go of something means that things will probably never be completed….

“If no mistake you have made, losing you are. A different game you should play.” – Yoda

Mistakes can teach us valuable lessons, and playing it too safe can cause us to fall behind. If we never make mistakes, then we probably aren’t trying hard enough or we are limiting ourselves to staying too safe. Mistakes are an inevitable part of growth.
