’tis the season for the office Christmas parties, but the best ones are when they happen at the “other” office. A full dinner spread including turkey, smoked pork roast and all the other delicious sides and sweet treats, after dinner entertainment, and a campfire to hang out and chat around. Although when I took the photo the fire pit was largely vacant, because the competitive pong games inside were cutthroat (and highly entertaining), minutes later the wood was replenished, the fire was raging again, and it was like moths being attracted to a lightbulb as everyone migrated to the snapping flames 🙃
Real people, a fabulous location, a clear night, good food, good conversation, loads of laughter, and a warm fire.
