Whenever I come across a slug on the trails on the way to or from my hatchery office I drop my bag and pull out the camera and crouch in front of them taking closeups of their interesting little faces.
Dog walkers pass me and probably give me weird looks, but whatever, it’s fun to have such a slow moving creature to take photos of….they offer lots of opportunities since they don’t exactly run away.
