Grudgingly went for a run after work today…didn’t do a full 5km.
Some “smart” people have said to me that getting out of the house for a shorter run is better than no run at all.
I don’t agree, I think a cancelled run is the best sort of run.
But I did find something to take a photo of while I was out, so there’s that….
