I love what running did for me during a difficult period, and I love that my body actually permitted me to run.
But I hate running.
And I hate that a year ago I was able to run 8km straight (so long as there were no hills involved) and now I feel like I am starting over, almost from scratch.
It didn’t take long to lose my stamina when my schedule was disrupted and I wasn’t able to run consistently.
