I’ve resorted to travelling with those Nescafe packets of instant coffee in recent years because the coffee in the majority of the hotels I stay at is terrible. I’m not saying that the Nescafe is good, but it’s better than the vile liquid that comes out of these machines and those packets.
To be fair, there are one or two places that I stay at fairly regularly that have decent coffee….but the majority…nope…so I try to find hotels that are in quick walking distance to a good coffee shop because terrible coffee is a terrible way to start an otherwise good day.
