It was a bit of a landmark week/weekend. We had visitors from the other side of the country. Normally that wouldn’t seem like much of interest, but after a year and a half of isolation, people are starting to move around and make cautious visits for personal reasons.
In our case, we stayed put and family came out to this coast. They stopped in and we hung out in our yard and on our deck. We went for walks and hikes, and rented electric scooters. And we made the first trip to Whistler in a very long time…and went for a walk/hike along wonderfully quiet trails.
