Not much to say today. Just did some organizing (it’s that time of year for me…when I just love to purge the house of “stuff”), and a bit of baking.
I was playing around with using some of my sourdough discard and took a honey white loaf recipe, added a half cup of sourdough discard, reduced the flour by a quarter cup, and cut the liquid by half a cup.
It is a rich, soft dough, so not one that can stand up on its own without support and needed a pan to rise…But it’s a pretty little loaf…
