The sun was out today and, when the sun follows a period of gloomier weather, that often puts someone into the mood to dunk himself in his water dish and fling water as far and wide as possible.

He can make a good day bad when he yells for no apparent reason (beyond seemingly trying to make me lose my mind), and he can make a really bad day (which today was) seem somewhat brighter when he turns into a wet goofball.
