There are only 66 days left in the year (it’s a leap year).
I know it’s a cliche to say “Where did the year go” but seriously….. “Where did the year go?!?!?“
I wanted a little change of scenery today, particularly after seeing the day’s numbers for COVID. They sucked. So we went down to the seawall, and it felt like winter…almost.
I realize there is no snow here, and I have friends who are currently dealing with that already (and believe it or not I’m actually a touch jealous of that fact…honestly), so it’s not like it’s wintery out. But there was a chill to the air that’s unusual for us at this time.
It’s a La Niña year and that is supposed to come with colder weather and more precipitation than normal…although when precipitation is combined with colder weather it often comes down as the white stuff.
And…it “IS” 2020 🙂
Until then, here are some pretty sunset shots from our walk this evening.
