Who first picked a cashew apple and said “I bet the stem tastes better than the fruit; I should dehydrate it and then roast it in oil and salt as a snack”
And who first took perfectly good corn and thought “I bet this would make an awesome snack if I dehydrated it before putting in oil so that it explodes!…”…..and then covered it in salt and butter, of course.
