Why is it called cilantro when it’s the leaf but coriander when it’s the seed?
Even more confusing, cilantro is the Spanish word for coriander.
To be fair, they do taste wildly different…..very few people feel “meh” when it comes to cilantro…..so do people either love or hate coriander the same way they love or hate cilantro?
