No canning today…instead I made four containers of mac & cheese with spicy chorizo sausage and five cheeses; three containers for the freezer and one for dinner tonight.
It’s nice to have things like this available for those days when you just don’t feel like making dinner, or have little to no inspiration. Perfect to provide a sense of cozy for those dark and cold winter nights ahead of us.
