When the Chilliwack corn becomes available…summer has reached its zenith of perfection 🙂
On my next trip out towards the Valley I intend to stock up for some fresh eating, for some canning, and also to make some roasted corn stock for pressure canning, and with which I will make fabulous soups over the fall and winter.
Sweet and tasty days ahead.
