Nothing exciting today, just some gardening, pressure washing Gizmo’s cage, and some parsley stems in a jar of water.
Such an under-appreciated plant.
My garden always contains the tasty and punchy Italian flat leaf parsley, not the decorative curly stuff that has no real purpose beyond being plunked on top of whatever dish is being served, and which is usually plucked off said dish and deposited on the side.
Flat leaf parsley, on the other hand, belongs in just about every dish.
