…or so I’m told…. although, the health benefit claims that are attributed to garlic also include an ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, anti-inflammatory effects, a reduced risk of cancer, and a stronger immune system.
I’d like to believe that any of those are true, but they likely aren’t.
I think if you eat a lot of garlic it’s just a good way to keep people at a distance, and that keeps germs at a distance too…. 😉
