This makes me happy.

It means that these three kids are out and about and having fun rather than sitting at home with their faces stuck in some digital device.

Maybe they are up in the drug store buying candy with their allowances. I don’t know, but it just made me smile to see these three push-scooters at the bicycle racks at the grocery store in the village.
