Here’s how to cripple Vancouver

February 23, 2018 – Would you like to know how to cripple the city of Vancouver?

It’s really quite simple.

Just throw this at it.

Really, it doesn’t even take this much. All it normally needs is a cm or two and everything grinds to a halt.

But this, this is apocalyptic to some Vancouverites!

I predict that this evening’s six o’clock news will be amusing.
