December 8, 2016 – The Great Wolf Lodge does Christmas to the nines, that I can’t deny. It’s a crazy place, filled with excited children, and some tired parents.
It even has a giant gingerbread house made with:
450 lbs of flour
300 lbs of powdered sugar
120 lbs of egg whites
50 lbs of brown sugar
6 lbs of cream of tartar
100 lbs of sugar
200 lbs of assorted candy
84 of karo syrup
12 lbs of gelatin
50 lbs of sprinkles
And one 6’6″ colleague, who agreeably broke in for me to take a photo.
