I knew I’d seen something on a friend’s page. They seriously need to hire more service reps if the average wait is 35-55 minutes before you get a human.
I get very wound up right from the get-go with the disembodied voice pretending to care about my needs. Immediate stabbing at the 0 button commences until the voice gives up and puts me in the queue
LOL! I always play nice since I’m always looking for the customer retention department on an annual basis. I just want to keep the plan I have because it’s better than anything they currently offer.
In my case I needed to cancel my service, so after the first aborted attempt I called back at 7:30pm and got an operator right away. I wish I could cancel online like other services but they insist on a phone call, and the opportunity to torture you ?
