November 13, 2016 – Growing up, I only knew pasta to be macaroni and cheese, lasagna, spaghetti, or egg noodles for beef stroganoff.
Now, at any given moment in time, there are a dozen different types of pasta in my kitchen pantry.
Macaroni, rotini, radiatori, gnocchi, square lasanga sheets, fettucine, linguine, fusilli bucati lunhi, penne rigate, fregula, cappelletti, cavatappi….
I love all the fun shapes, but they all serve different purposes too; different pastas hold different sauces.
Dinner time!!

Oh yeahhh I forgot you don’t like it too spicy ????? Penne ala Vodka?
Sounds much more up my alley 😀
It’s amazing what a little vodka does to a good tomato sauce! ???I’ll have to bring you a jar from that restaurant at the Italian cultural centre ???
I tried so hard to remember to go there this year 🙁
Oh wait, I bet you have homemade sauce in your pantry ??
I do!
They’re having a Christmas market on Nov 25 I think!
One or two …… dozen… jars 🙂
