October 29, 2016 – Days like today are just better for being indoors, particularly when you spent half the week outside in the weather and just want to be warm and dry.
So it was a great day to visit the Fall Home & Design Show and spend lots of money in our minds…..
I really hadn’t realized that the month had been so soggy but, according to the weatherman, we have had rain 26 of 29 days this month (so far), though we are far from the record rainfall. Seattle apparently broke that barrier – wettest October on record!
We’ve had two very dry Octobers in a row, so we were due for a more normal fall, one with a good bit of damp.
Ah well, it’s good for the fish, and it’s good for the reservoirs.
Now, if that can translate into some serious snowfall as we move forward, that would be very much appreciated!
