I loooooove curry, and make it on a regular basis.
I tend to lean towards Indian curries, but I also like Thai curries. I just love the warmth of all the spices.
So good on a rainy day 🙂

(If you keep onions in the fridge, they won’t make you cry. Or light a candle, or wear wrap around sunglasses!)

I used to wear contact lenses and never had a problem with cutting onions. Nowdays cutting onions is the only time I miss them!
