Tiny pops of flavour (311/365)

November 7, 2015 – A year or so ago I watched a YouTube video that showed a rather(I thought) unorthodox way of seeding a pomegranate. I tried it, and it worked, and now whenever pomegranates are in season, I no longer look at them wistfully.

Instead I buy them, whack the tar out of them, and enjoy them in salads, in yogurt, on granola…. I love the little tiny pockets of juicy flavour.
