July 17, 2015 – Wall-E has a bit of a dig to get down to that misplaced dime….
Remember when a penny would buy you a bubble gum?
Heck, one upon a time a penny would even buy you a thought! 🙂
And you could spend a penny….but we won’t go there….. 😉
Now it’s a dead currency. The penny has gone by the wayside, remaining only in jars tucked away in closets and cupboards, ready for a game of Rummoli, but not much else.
Wall-E has a pretty good stash of copper pennies still though.
