July 12, 2015 – Some days you just have to go with what’s in front of you….like something delicious you are about to eat.
No inspiration today, but a plate of tomatoes with bocconcini, Thai basil, balsamic reduction, a phenomenal Spanish olive oil, and topped with a sprinkle of sel gris, looked pretty darned tasty and seemed worthy or a photograph.
Pair that with a glass of red wine and a few chunks of fresh crusty bread from Cobs and it’s a mouthwatering winner.
I probably could have managed a better photo….but I wanted to eat my subject!
Excuse me, time to enjoy!
