July 4, 2015 – A pair of totems at the Capilano Suspension Bridge, just down the street and around the corner from home, literally.
We took our guests down to the tourist spot for their last afternoon here and, along with what seemed like a million other people, enjoyed the coolness of the bridge spanning the river far below and the forested boardwalks throughout the park. It was another scorcher today, so the reprieve was welcome.

We’re you there yesterday too?!?? Damn woulda been great too see you guys!
Yes…seemingly along with everyone else in Vancouver….
Totally eh? I couldn’t believe how busy it was. I couldn’t stand the hour it was going to take to get to the cliff walk so we left
We must have been earlier than you, our wait was about 20 minutes, and although I normally wouldn’t have even waited for that, we had out of town guests who hadn’t done it and were leaving a few hours later, so we waited.
