April 25, 2015 – Sometimes I wonder how many people still subscribe to an actual, physical, paper, newspaper.
Am I a dying breed?
I take everything I read with a grain of salt, but there is a part of me that still feels like an actual newspaper has some greater degree of weight to it.
Maybe it’s because the writers of each column, each news piece, have to put the words to paper knowing that they can’t go back in later and edit them out.
The author has to put some degree of effort into getting it right the first time.
The reality is that even in physical print errors and judgement bias make it in.
Or maybe I like the physical routine of getting up, heading downstairs, opening the front door, and finding my morning paper on the doorstep…just waiting to be opened and paged through, cup of hot coffee beside it.
A relaxing morning routine.

Beautiful tones. You are a dying breed, but so am I! I only get it on weekends, but I enjoy flipping through the pages.
