January 5, 2015 – Back to work….that was hard getting up at 5:30 AM after two weeks of…whenever…. it was so… DARK out!
I guess that’s because it wasn’t 10:00 AM.
Time to shift back into a higher gear and get ready for a busy January.

Agreed, the dark this morning was the worst part of the back to work routine!
How come so early. I start work at 8:00 and I get up at 7:00.
I start at 7:30 (ish) The alarm is actually set for 5:45, I tend to wake up before the alarm goes off. Shower, cappuccino, read the newspaper, surf the web a bit, make breakfast smoothie, make lunch, get dressed (hair, makeup and all that crap), make chai tea to go, clean a litter box or two, make sure the parrot and cats have food and water, out the door about 7:15.
I like a bit of quiet time in the morning and the newspaper and web give me a bit of that before Kirk and the cats get up 🙂
Ah yes, Mike is the same way. He’s up at 6 and takes his time in the morning. I value my sleep waaaaaay too much.
