September 1, 2012 – We were up early today to start a somewhat impromptu three day motorcycle road trip down through parts of Washington State. We had wanted to ride the North Cascades highway for some time, and things just fell into place this weekend. So we decided to book a couple of hotel rooms along a somewhat guestimated route, and headed out for parts unfamiliar.
