Day 165 – Day 1

Day 165 - Day 1

165/365 (June 14, 2011) – Started a new job today. So far I have a desk that was filled with another person’s stuff, no ID, no access card, no phone, no computer login, no email, and they won’t allow me to use a Mac computer (or my own computer even if it wasn’t a Mac).

Without a computer to work on, I resorted to creating a personal hotspot with my iPhone and connected my MacBook to it via Bluetooth.

Day 2 can only be an improvement.

But.

I have a window.

Oh, and I’m on the 13th floor. Good thing I’m not superstitious 😉

Day 165 - Day 1Sounds like a typical first day to me. 🙂 I find it odd that even though they knew your start date, they didn’t have anything set up for you.
