Day 151 - Bold Colours of the Tropics

151/365 (May 31, 2011) – Have you ever noticed how much brighter and bolder colour things in hotter climates? The fabulous blue on white in the Cyclades, the bold flowered prints in Hawaii, the vibrant green and yellow of the Brazilian flag, and the rich reds, greens, oranges, and yellows in Mexico.

Why are we so drab in Canada? It’s like we are afraid of colour.
