Day 256 – Nap-time in the Alley

256/365 (September 13, 2010) – I looked out the window earlier this afternoon and this gentleman had pulled up a chair from somewhere and was having a bit of a rest in the alley. An odd place for him, but I also think it was a great place. We’ve had problems in recent years with this particular alley being used for drug deals. Someone sitting there, seemingly surveying all that is going on around him (and having a nap in between) is probably a good deterrent. I can’t say I’d be sad to see him there more often.
