It’s hard to believe this photo was taken in January. January 24th to be exact. The Winter Olympics are sitting on our doorstep, ready to begin in a few weeks, and the trees are starting to bloom.
Living in Vancouver is never dull, you can say that in all honesty. Winter, if it actually arrives, is usually short and sweet. Or at least short. Every so often we have some wild storms, but they usually bring rain and wind, rarely snow. Last year was an exception, we had truckloads of snow and it stuck around like it was nobody’s business. But I actually enjoyed that. I’d rather have snow than rain, but if I have to have rain, at least I have this to enjoy….

This is so beautiful Paige! Reminds me of Japanese paintings.
Good to hear that you got some snow so the athletes won’t have to bring their own one. I guess that would cause serious issues with airport securities or customs 😉
