Day 22 – I’m Thinking…. Curry

Poor Milo is up at the Vet today getting his teeth cleaned, and a couple removed. He came to us by way of a rescue organization in the US. He is a purebred Havana Brown and he had a rough start to life. When we got him at a year and a half he didn’t even know how to jump up onto a chair or that a litterbox was the place to “always” do his business (we still struggle with that one from time to time). Unfortunately, he also came with a damaged respiratory system and some seriously bad genes. It looks like those genes are causing him some grief when it comes to his teeth and we are doing our best to try and make sure he keeps as many as possible.

So while I sit here and stew about what is going on with poor little Milo…I’m thinking about making a nice warming curry to make for dinner as we plan to stay in on a Friday to nurse our fella.
