Jun 13, 2015 – Just a refreshing drink after a ride from home up to Whistler for lunch 🙂

Love these kinds of days!

Except for all the road warriors in cages…I could have done without those.

There were the drivers who didn’t get the memo that it’s illegal to travel in the left lane.

There were the lane drifters who were probably too busy looking at the scenery to notice the lines on the road.

There were the super aggressive drivers.

There were the “I don’t know what speed I want to go now” drivers.

There were the “I think I should use part of your lane to take the corner instead of turning the wheel” drivers.

There were the “What a view, I’ll just slow to an almost stop on the highway so everyone can just go around me” drivers.

And of course, the equally irritating “I’ll just pull out from the viewpoint into speeding traffic without looking to see what’s coming” drivers.

Yes, it’s summer on the Sea to Sky.

Regardless, I still love the fact that I can leave my driveway and be on a spectacular road in less than 5 minutes. And any day that provides an opportunity to hang out in scenery like this, mere minutes from home, is a most excellent day.

And of course …. the obligatory “Oh I love my motorcycle so much” shot 😀
