November 23, 2013 – Kirk and I went to have lunch with a friend in Yaletown and were grateful she gave us a call early in the morning to warn us that the road her shop is on was closed for a Christmas event.
As the man she works for said – Yaletown was “Sugar Madness!!”
There were people dressed up in all sorts of Christmas related costumes – Gingerbread men, snowmen, snowflakes, Christmas trees, etc.
There were horse and carriage rides, a band, and every sweet treat you could imagine.
It was busy, and it was kinda awesome, as long as you didn’t want to park anywhere nearby.
