One of the male sockeye we captured and used for spawning. His genes will be passed on to the next generation via the caring hands of hatchery staff at Inch Creek.

Yes, they are out of Corbold Creek in the Upper Pitt and the eggs are incubating at the Inch Creek sockeye satellite. Everything is collected in the river though, no adults are transported.
